Digging into the product, the customers and the market
Before any mockups we work out what you sell and to whom, what sets you apart from the neighbours on the shelf, and what your buyers actually look at. The page structure and the copy come out of that. If the task has a simpler answer than a website, I'll say so on the call.
Competitors and references
I look at how the same task is solved in your niche and outside it: what works for competitors and what gets in the way of buying. The findings arrive before design, so they make it into the structure.
Everything on your own infrastructure
The domain and the server are bought in your name, and the code repository is yours too. The project runs on ordinary code with no platform in the middle: no monthly fee for the site simply existing, no editor limits, no risk of the plan getting more expensive. Source code and design files go to you on request.
Design drawn for you
Mockups from scratch, or your identity rolled out across the site. No templates and no bought themes: the design comes out sharp and genuinely yours.
Fast development with AI
I use AI heavily while building. The work goes several times faster than at a studio or with a freelancer: from a single day to a few weeks, depending on the scope. Capability and quality stay at the level of classic development.
Responsive and optimized
The project works the same on a phone, a tablet and a large screen. Images, fonts and code are optimized and pages load fast, because both search results and leads depend on it.
Deep SEO work and AI search
Semantics and page structure, metadata, structured data, sitemap, llms.txt and readable URLs. Google, Yandex, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini all read the site the same way.
Analytics and metrics
I set up Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics with goals on leads. A month later you can see which page works and which one merely exists.
An admin panel of your own
You change the content yourself: the project gets an admin panel holding the texts, images, products and pages. You won't need to come back to me for every comma.
